Default Door Panel Squeak

Squeak is the wrong word. I have a daily driver coupe and a garage queen Z06. On both cars I detect in the arm rest on the door panel that the factory adhesive holding the vinyl skin to the plastic frame underneath is working loose. If I put my elbow on it gently and shift that weight I can hear it release. Using my fingers I can feel that it is pulling up slightly in the base of the curve where it transitions from horizontal arm wrest to vertical on the door panel.

How best can I effect repair and is there a way to do so without piercing the vinyl to inject adhesive?

I saw a thread where someone drilled from the back side being very careful not to drill thru the vinyl and injected epoxy or some adhesive into the area needing fixed. It seemed to work but I haven't seen anything in person about any repairs. I'll see if I can find that thread.

Here's a couple repairs I found for you. Good luck with your fix.

Here's the drill and epoxy method I read about.

Here's an alternative method someone posted that looks pretty good.
