Really pleased with my Alpine DD and the Ecotric bezel I got from eBay. I had it painted by a local body shop.
The new Alpine speakers sound great. Added the powered subwoofer from Cerwin-Vega. Not a window-thumper but plenty of bass for me.
The Alpine head unit came from Crutchfield. Great people.
I have a silver '98 that looks like yours. Actually Sebring Silver with a black top. Could you post a photo of the interior from a little further back so we could see the contrast? And how did you pick the console paint color? Number or name? Looks pretty good...

I had it plugged into my iPhone so it was google maps. It’s feels like a new car to have GPS on the screen. Although I would like to know where to place the mic to get good sound.
A buddy of mine ran it into the middle compartment. A lot of younger guys wouldn’t like the lesser amount of bass but it’s plenty for my needs. Fits well in that middle cubby with plenty of room left over.

I trusted the body shop to pick it. They’ve done incredible restorations on vehicles in bad shape. I didn’t want to take a chance on rattle canning it myself without enough prep.
He did say “do you have any idea of how many different version of this silver there are?” Me: “Nope.”
Thanks, Jack. Going to keep it “for the duration”— until it or my mended heart gives out, whichever comes first. I liked the all black. But I like the added silver even more. Eager to get my new gray and black seats in too.
