Cam kits
Oh here is what someone else posted
Here's a brief start of cams meeting your preference based upon contacts i"ve had with the different companies over the years.
Tick Street Heat Stage 1 V2 (225/228; .615/.595; 112+3)
GM Hot Cam (219/228; .525/.525; 112)
Comp Cam XR275HR12 (222/224; .566/.568; 112)
BTR Stage 1 (223/230; .610/.573; 115+2)
BTR Stage 2 (227/234; .614/.576; 113+2) Per BTR you can get by without a converter change, but they say for best drivability at least a 2000rpm converter is advised.
There are going to be many other cams that will bump up performance without requiring a torque converter change out, but your best bet is to contact some of the manufacturers that are forum vendors and get their input. Identify any other changes you are planning for your engine, what type of performance you are looking for, etc. Other factors will include whether you have the 2.73 or 3.15 rear gears.
Best wishes with your search.
