windshield wiper rub
I have read some older posts about my problem and didn't find any help. My left side wiper rubs on the hood at full up position. The hood is level with the fender and as I read earlier the wiper motor mount bracket is in the right position under the hood adjustment bracket. The wiper arm nut appears to be tight and about flush with the bolt. I don't want to crank on that to hard but I will check it. If anyone has any ideas or experience with this problem I could use the help. It is a 2002 convertible.

What brand an model of wiper blade are you running? Some blades are taller from the glass than others -- particularly the more modern blade styles -- and lift the arm to match. I tried running a set of Micheline blades and had interference issues. Went back to inexpensive Napa direct fit and got happy.
