Quick question
On my drive to work this morning I noticed interior lights flickering aswell as headlight switch was also working intermittently so the pop ups sometimes went up an down. I also remembered that DIC reading were reset on another occasion. Could it be a ground issue or loose battery terminal? I do t think it's the headlight gears car only 25k miles on it.

I agree on checking for a bad ground somewhere and check your battery. A battery going bad can cause some strange happenings.
