You need to carefully check exactly where the water is coming thru. The FRC are known to leak between the plastic reveal moulding and the body(roof).. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...roof-leak.html
Unless the weatherstrip is cracked or ripped my guess is it's probably ok

Does it seem like there is a gap between the window and the weatherstrip? The rear upper corner is also where the reveal moulding often leaks. The glass is easy enough to adjust once you remove the interior door panel if you want to try to adjust it yourself.
Check out my thread on my leaking driver's window. does your window alignment look like mine did? If so, you have to remove the inner door panel and adjust the glass in the regulator.
I had the window adjusted at the shop a couple of weeks ago and they said everything is fine. They are now closed for the holidays. Will take it back next year.
I agree. If you already paid a shop, you should make them correct the problem. It sounds like you certainly need adjustment. However, you can put dielectric grease on the seals. This may help a bit.
