My driver's window appears to be low in the front. If I compare the rear vertical alignment of the windows to the rear seal the passenger side is 3/8" from the rear vertical metal support bar but the driver's side is 3/4" and is not as high in the rear upper corner. However, the alignment along the sloping front of both windows looks the same. I would have thought that the driver's front lower corner would be high but it looks about the same as the passenger.
I played around with the tilt in with no change (and I didn't expect any as this is not a tilt issue). Can the rear of the window be raised by raising it in the channel that it sits on inside the door? Is that the regulator? I looked in the downloaded manual I have and could not find anything about adjusting the window in that direction.
Tha fore/aft and up/down adjustments are done by loosening the bolts that hold the glass to the regulator. It does take a bit of patience and many trys. The door panels have to come off and there are sticky covers where the bolts are.

Yeah, it's a whole thing.
Also be careful with the rubber insulators that cushion the glass between the fingers of each clamp on the regulator. They like to get in the way and bugger things up.
