So after getting rid of the creaking and groaning in the front end I took it to the dealer for an alignment. I noted on the sheet I left on the seat that I had one front bolt all the way up and the other all the way down in order to get my front ride heights to within 1/4in of each other (before they were 1in apart). In this "walkaround video" they sent me they said that the problem was just as bad in the back and that my springs were "weak."
Really don't want to go out and buy another used set and possibly inherit someone else's problem. I can get a new pair of OEM for about $700 whereas the Hyperco are about $700ea. Not too excited about splurging on coilovers.
If you are ever considering Hyperco leafs at $700 each...you might as well go coilovers at which point you also gain adjustable shocks.
I wouldn't question buying some used leafs from a low mile car. How many miles on your car? I don't hear of these leaf springs going weak over time very much.

What RPO suspension do you have? They might just be soft springs. But honestly, I don't understand how they'd come to the conclusion that your springs are weak based on one side being higher than the other. Are we sure they're not cracked?
I agree with everyone else though either way, you can get some perfectly adequate coilovers for what you're looking at spending on new replacement springs.
When I went to 19 + 18 wheels I had it dropped. The front adjusters were locked solid. I found a Z51 spring at Carisle and had it put in (car is a 2000 FRC). Rear spring as far as I know is original.
I measured from the ground to the top of the wheelwell arch. Front bolts - with one up and one down I had 27in on one and 27 1/4 on the other. The rears both came in at 27 3/4 - but as you can see here there is a problem at the rear as well.
And please don't skewer me too bad on the brake lines - some things its hard to tell on your back in the driveway.
The T1 sway bars I just put in - and the end links are from Zip - the rears look OK - not sure how to deal with the fronts - maybe just extend them a bit (make them longer)?
Measuring to the wheel well is incorrect. There’s a ton of tolerance on these cars, especially as the fiberglass panels have aged. You need to either measure ride height per the service manual or to a solid point on the frame, such as the jacking points. It’s possible your measurements to the wheel wells are skewed and the spring bolt adjustments are off.
I ran into an aftermarket spring that cracked on the ends and dropped the front end at the track. I have gone to coil overs because there has been a spate of bad leaf springs in the past. I don't trust them and I find coilovers are so much better in a lot of ways.
I think I read that front C5/C6 springs are interchangeable but the rear c6 spring is not compatible with a C5...please be certain before you pull the trigger
