C5 lockout issue
My c5 somehow locks the doors when i leave the key in the ignition even with the car running. This is so strange has anyone had this happen? Once it had the key in the ignition while i was washing the car and the doors both locked. Very strange.
I would also love to know who to take the c5 to for help with windows making noise when closing. This noise is not right, sounds like something is a-miss….

Taking the car to a local dealer is an obvious choice - provided the dealership has a competent service department.

I will certainly try the negative terminal solve but the battery in the key fob is working fine. I opens and closed the doors, trunk etc. Thanks for the suggestions. I think I have learned just do not get out of the car without taking that key with you!!
