Looking for input/suggestions on a good, reliable dashcam that's easy to use, setup and won't break the bank.

After reading a ton of reviews I purchased 2 of these from Amazon a few years ago, they have worked flawlessly. It's currently $20 off at Amazon for $99.99, although I've seen them on sale for $79.99 in the past.

VIOFO A119 V3 2K Dash Cam 2560x1440P Quad HD+ Car Dash Camera, Ultra Clear Night Vision, 140-Degree Wide Angle, GPS Included, Buffered Parking Mode, True HDR, Motion Detection, G-Sensor, Time Lapse.

I recently purchased 2 of these to use as rear cameras, one for my C5 and the other for my Mazada CX5:

VIOFO Mini Dash Cam Front A119 Mini 2, STARVIS 2 Sensor, 2K 60fps/HDR 30fps Voice Control Car Dash Camera with 5GHz Wi-Fi GPS, Night Vision 2.0, 24H Parking Mode, Supercapacitor, Support 512GB.

The Mini A119 2 has a $20 coupon on Amazon which brings it to $119.99. I purchased them during a flash sale for $99.99. Can't go wrong with either one.

I use my old cell phone as a dash cam and it works great.

Here in Cali you don't need any kind of cam if you are driving a red Corvette. You just get pulled over anyway. Ha
