First is it still wet?
If it passes the first test look for water marks in the foam, Check for mud or dirt where they could not clean it. Look at the frame and it may have some light surface rust but heavy rust could be a sign of a flood.
Smell. Is there an odor to the seats.
Depending on the water you can have more or less of smells, mud and rust. Swap water vs Sea Water can do different things.
Check the power seats motors our and make sure they run.
I assume you are speaking on C5 seats/
