Not my thing here. But just a warning on color. You should only do red. We sold a lot of the neon plate frames years ago and many people complained that they got pulled over for displaying a non red light in the rear. Not all police departments will enforce this but we had enough that we had to put a disclaimer on the web page to check local laws so the customers can't say they were warned.
A plate frame is easy to remove this not so much.
Also if you travel other areas may give you trouble on the color. Just saying so some will not be surprised.
