Looks like a tack-on part. I hate 'em. I think it hurts the line of the car.

Well, I drove home in my new 2004 ZO6 tonight. Oh, and it has no BSMs. ;) It didn't really matter to me if it had them or not. But when I ran across one that didn't have them I thought oh well, it's 150 bucks cheaper which helped offset the price of the chrome wheels.

Thanks! I just wish I had some time to drive it now. I haven't driven it since I brought it home. I can't wait to get some miles on it so I can bang a few gears to see what it feels like. :steering:

All three of my C5's have had BSM's. When I parked any of them next to my Dads '98 without BSM's, something seems to be missing from his. It looks too smooth. But it still looks good though. That's purely up to you.

Mine came with 'em. I couldn't decide if I liked the look. I removed the pass. side BSM. Now I got the best of both worlds.

UPDATE: I have now gone back to LOVING BSMs.
:hurray:

I personally like the BSM. I also don't see what the big deal was over this post. In fact, I made almost an identical post about 3 months ago or so and nobody thought it was a problem. Donovan, if you have a question or comment, just go ahead and post it. That's what this forum is suppose to be for.

No BSM on a Z06. Period.

Not ordering them will avoid your thread about how to remove them.

Don't worry about it some people have nothing better to do than play broad police.

I agree with you...I don't have them on mine and the car just seems like it's missing something. The molding to me makes the call looks racer.
