That number comes up on the Gm side as a GM Goodwrench part number.
Aside from the cost, the only other information I have or that I can make out from the number is that its service date is 2002-2004. The old GM part number was 88984272. The 88984272 number has a service date from 2002-2004. Parts description ENGYLS6GW.
Probably doesn't help you much, but it is a LS6 you have there.
