Replacing right DRL tips
Can anyone direct me to a thread or provide a tip to replace the right DRL? I know some can't figure why, but I happen to like them. I can spot a C5 Vette a long way off in time so I can admire same. Thanks.

its easy. open the headlamps either manually or by turning them on then back to the parking lamp position. u can leave the parking lamps on while u do this to keep them open since it only takes a couple of minutes. take out the three phillip head screws that hold the black shroud on the headlamp (the thing where the round hole with the rubber plug is on the side). remove the shroud and reach inbetween the open hood, open headlamp, and all that other stuff that is there and simply twist the socket, remove and replace bulb. easy as pie, probally looking at a 5 min repair. good luck. i'd reccomend if the DRL has been on to let it cool first though, the parking lamp doesnt get hot really, but those dang DRLs get so hot many have seen melted or discolored sockets as well as hot spots on the park lamp housing.
