Window Tint - Need Quick Advice!
I'm dropping my car off in about 1/2 an hour to get tinted but I'm still stuck between 35% and 20%. Does anyone have 35% done on their car? Is it too light?

I just had my new vette done yesterday. I had 20% put on both doors and the back glass. It looks great. I had 35% put on one of my other cars and it's too light for me.

35% is too light for me. I also like having the same tint all the way around. Looks better IMO.

In Missouri, you can not go darker than 35% on the sides, but you can go as dark as you want on the back. I would recommed a 35% side, 20% back treatment. Looks good on my other cars.

Go with a metalic film..it will appear darker but allows for some visibility.
Oh, and go darker than 35%. I managed a customization shop for about a year and a half and I never had someone bring their car to get lighter tint put on,,,they always go darker. If you are worried about the cops, go by the optometrist and get him to write you an excuse. I have my windshield 28% , sides 15% and back 5% and I would have it no other way.
