Default Loaning My Vette

My son who's arriving from IRAQ tomorrow ask me if he could drive my vette and without hesitation I said yes. So I'm going to Beaufort, SC to welcome my son and his unit.

It's a nice thing you are doing. I'll bet you are very proud of him, and with good reason.

According to the 10 Commandments of Corvette Owners you would be breaking #1. But seeing that he's coming home from the Middle East after serving our country.... I think it's a great idea. Tell him thanks for serving and protecting us.

Your emotions are probably split between pride and total releif and who could blame you. I'm really happy for both of you. Enjoy the hell out of this road trip because it will probably be the most memorable one you'll ever take.

That is outstanding. Have a safe trip. I'm glad your son is returning home safe, and I'm grateful for his time and duty overseas. Hope you both have a great time.
