Honesty is a two way street...........
I agree with you on the honesty comment, BIG TIME!! But in Ca. there is NO cooling off period when purchasing or leasing a car. PERIOD!
And to add, if the dealership would have made a mistake in the price of the car and everything was said and signed, I would be out the money. And it wouldn't have held up in court UNLESS it was deemed fraud had taken place in the sale of the vehicle.
So basically if BOTH parties would have said ok, reprice the car then it would be ok to do so. I can almost bet my life that a dealership WOULDN'T EVER buy a car back over the price UNLESS it was fraud or in anyway could be seen as fraud. I may be wrong but IMO, and after buying 9 cars I don't see it that way.
I don't know if I owuld bring it back to the same dealer you got the original
"super" discount from.....maybe a level of "personal" service you don't want....

Good advice. I'd stay as far away from them as I could
Has anyone purchased a new 04 coupe lately?...I would like to know some of the prices/deals you've received and/or can get after dealer markdowns( i heard below invoice), and the rebates.
