Installed CE Stripes last night....
Bought my CE Stripes for the C5. I have an EB Vert, with Gray/Black interior (most interior parts have been replaced with Ken King's products) and decided to purchase the stripes. The CE Stripes have the large interior stripes are metallic Silver with the smaller external are black.
I installed them last night with the help of a good friend. Measurements are crucial and the most import and hardest part, the rest is patience. It took about 3 hours, but most of the time was devouted to the squeege. I used a heat gun to slowly go over the stripes as I squeegeed them out, this eliminated any type of shrinkage that might occure.
I will post photos next week, as I really had no time to take them. The results are great
The stripes are easy to work with, I used plenty of decal solvant, and took my time,,,,again taking your time and being patient is the hardest part of this process. The result was a nice set of stripes on the car, in time for Ocean City this week end.
Good product, by far it is made of superior materials and again measurements are the hardest part.
