I drove a 95 Bright Red Firebird (210hp
) before replacing it with the 2004 Torch Red Coupe (350hp 
). The bright red cars always seem to get dive crapped by the birds. It's about time we started fighting back!

More than 40 years ago I was working as the finishline flagman (in the days before electronic win lights) at Green Valley Drag Strip in Ft. Worth. One of the big name locals had a blown caddy powered sportscar. He was making a single so I was able to watch his run. About 2/3rds of the way down the strip a small bird literally flew into his Hilburn Injector scoop. What a mess. Parts of that bird made it into the blower and shelled it, big time.
Funny and/or crazy thing is, that after he fixed everything and got back on the strip the next week, the exact thing happened again! I never saw that before or since.
