Personally - I don't have any recommendations for chroming. I bought mine used from someone taking them off and getting Z06 Motorsport wheels for $450. I know that chroming is probably cheaper than buying - but I think the wheels that are being chromed have to be darn near perfect. Many of the catalog houses (MAM, Ecklers, West Coast, etc.) plus places like Bob's House of Wheels, not to mention Parts for Sale will have them at good prices.
One piece of advice - most of these come with the chrome center cap. Your center cap on your Argent Grey wheels has a carbon fiber ring that goes around the center raised emblem. If you decide to buy the wheels and have the chrome cap, you'll notice that doesn't have the same raised cover with the emblem. You can remove the ring and center emblem by flipping the cap over and "straightening" the tabs that are bent over and removing the whole cap. Then fit the cap onto the chrome one. The end result is much more finished. Take a look closely at the sig pic above and you might be able to see what I'm talking about.

No, if the wheels are chome, they were an aftermarket add-on. GM has not made any chrome wheels for the C5 - only high polished beginning in model year 2000.
