Costco also has the same jack for around $125.00. Sears sells a Craftsman version for $200.00 that looks to be the same thing. Nice jack but a tad heavy.
I bought the BMW jacking pads (pucks) from Bavarian Autosport. www.bavauto.com. They snap right into the frame slots and stay there. You can pry them out if you absolutely have to. They cost me $6.95 each with $7.95 shipping. The part number is 51711960752. They fit perfect. Once you buy from them they keep sending you BMW parts catalogs You have to select a year and model on their site, Select: 1996 328i.
AS Ive said in earlier post...Stay away from this jack.. it already has safety issue, and some product liabilty issues pending..
I was told to stay away from this specific cheap jack by someone on the inside at Harbor freight.

ET, That's the first I've heard that. Thanks for the heads up

I know for a fact that the saddle of the cheap jack had casting problems and was cracking in half. Im sure they are on top of it now... but I would not trust that jack.. Ive seen a few post last year on that jack on another forum where those issue were discussed heavily..
