I bought the BMW jacking pads (pucks) from Bavarian Autosport. www.bavauto.com. They snap right into the frame slots and stay there. You can pry them out if you absolutely have to. They cost me $6.95 each with $7.95 shipping. The part number is 51711960752. They fit perfect. Once you buy from them they keep sending you BMW parts catalogs
