The only possible exception is an identifying badge such as a commemorative edition or Z06 which the factory already does. Or even a Lingenfelter type mod.

go for it. put badges wherever you like. it's your car, do whatever makes it look good in YOUR eyes. if others laugh or don't like it....forget about 'em. but since you asked, be ready for the negative opinions about the idea.

so where do you buy the origional badges? I was thinking of making my own exhaust plate. They want too darn much for them! If i could get a piece of stainless or alluminum cut it and polish if then install the Corvette badge...
