I am thinking about getting the 3 piece ccw wheels, with the anodized centers. I know that the centers should be easy to maintain. How about the polished lip? Are they easy to keep spotless (no water spots) and shiny? I have had some Centerline and Boyd C wheels in the past that were a pain becasue you can't just wipe the water spots off. You have to use polish constantly. I like chrome, cuz they clean really easy...but that is not an option for 3 piece wheels.
CCW says the polished lips should be easy to keep shiny and clean...I would like to hear it from people that have them...I guess this question also applied to the one piece wheels too.
ya, I had some Boyd Coddingtons too---hated keeping those things looking good---until I discovered this stuff called Zoop Seal. It's abouit 100 bucks and you apply it to your wheels after they've had a good polish. It seals the wheels and protects them just like a clear-coat would. Greatest invention of all time IMHO
They remind me of the wheels I had on my Town car and My z3 bmw. Looked grear when they were clean and shiny, Took a bit too much time to clean out each little crevice. Brake dusted up a bit to fast for my liking, just my experience friend
I just recently purchased mine. I have only put a 100 miles on them so I have only wiped the brake dust off from the new brake pads. I was thinking about buying the Zoop but I bought some wheel wax for now.

Put on my new 505A's today. Polished them first before putting them on. Scrubed the tires to get that new tire funk off. Used my Griots Garage wheel cleaner...no help...Used Orange blast & Westlies bleach white... none would take that funk off. Thought Id save time and blow the water off with my air compressor.....Bad idea! major spots...had to break out the polish again. Just wish I knew which one caused the spots
Tire cleaning Chems? or air blowing?

I would never use water on my tires or wheels..
simichrome on the wheels, Meguiars Endurance on the tires..

No disrespect to those that do prefer that style but when I see them, they immediately remind me of a Lincoln. They are one step away from the honey comb wheel on a Fiero.
Now, the 5 spoke CCW's that are on ET's car, those are freakin' hot. If I had the money to spend on just wheels, I'd immediately go for those... They are really bad ***.
