Anybody have one of those stick-on small circular convex mirrors on the driver's side outside mirror? I've got one on my truck, and it's good once you get used to it.
It'd look a little dorky on a Vette, but they're effective. Only problem is, you can't get them off easily if you decide you don't like it.

A lot of folks complain about the limited vision that the relatively small mirror provide. Actually they work pretty good, if they're adjusted right. I remember a post here that gave tips on how to adjust the mirrors. It went something like this.....
For the passenger side, lean on your elbow while looking out the passenger side mirror, and adjust it so that you don't see any of the fender.
One the driver's side, lean so that your head nearly touches the glass and adjust the same way.
The end result is that you will see pretty well behind and along the sides of the car. There is a common misconception that the mirrors should be adjusted to see part of your fender on either side and that's not really right.
