Have a good time and don't worry about it. There are some really nice people here but like all things there are some jerks too. The good far out numbers the bad.

Just by the fact that you've asked the question says to me that you'll be just fine. As others have indicated one of the things that separates this forum from the others on the net is the non-hostile attitude and mutual respect and camaraderie that we have on this site.

These are all good points on proper ettiquette. One rule of thumb I TRY to use - don't say anything in a post that you'd be reluctant to say to the person face to face. I think respect is the keyword.

This is a great place, lots of information and fun. But the golden rule prevails - treat others as you would want to be treated!

ah don't worry about it so much, just post it. If the mod's think it's inappropriate (which they ALWAYS do, cuz they're JERKS ) then they'll move it / lock it.

Post #1004. Take the Grumpy! ..

oh btw. place a jester () on almost every post and you can get away with murder!

... please dont knock me back to 1.

Well Target Chaser you are doing better than I am. Granted I have the computer expertise of an anemic amoeba, but I still haven't figured out what IBTL stands for. Have fun, there is always someone on this site that's already encountered almost any problem that you can come up with and is willing to help.

What fun is it to treat fellow members with respect... ?????

Welcome to the forum..
If you step over the line , I'm sure someone will poke their finger in your eye, and let you know..
This forum ,at times, can get way too serious... It's about having fun too...
Some times a topic can get way too serious and a dose of Comic relief is in order.
Have fun, and dont forget to wave.. we have some wimmins here that will drag you out of your car and kick the stuffin out of you if you dont !

I agree, just have fun and use some common sense. Check out how other members are posting if you want to get an idea of what is generally said. Good luck.

I got a little too serious on one thread but I've since learned better. You have to respect others opinions whether you agree or not. If there were only 1 company that made mod's, parts, wheels, etc. for the Vette it wouldn't be any fun. "Variety is the spice of life" and I am off to spice up my Vette.
