I have an 04' C5 and I get a good amount of wind noise above 60 mph. The noise is coming from the corner of both passenger and driver windows where the rear seal meets the seal on the removable top. Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a cure?
If you look at the top back corner of the side windows, you'll probably find a small gap between the window and the seal. I've got the same probablem and after I talked to my dealership back in the states, i decided that it would be easier to turn up the radio and hit the gas than to put up with their bs. There is also a window tilt fix procedure around here somewhere that may fix it, but like i said, either turn up the radio or hit the gas and the problem goes away.
But make sure and check the seal round' the rear opening. Mine was folded over wrong and was way loud. At first I thought it was a bad window/hatch seal too. Good luck.

I have the same problem in my 04 and its a window/seal issue. I don't know of a cure.. and I haven't asked the dealer.. yet. Probably, a thicker seal, making more contact would work..but that's just a guess.
I had same problem 2004 C5 coupe. When my front weather stripping was torn. Dealer replaced front and rear weather stripping. Very little wind noise now. You may also check to see if top is fitted properly. Hope this helps.

There are two procedures you can check out at this site:
Select the Corvette site on the right, from there select the How to's. Here you will find the window tip in adjustment, which I know you all ready have but this one is well done with good pirctures. The tip in is about a 10 to 15 minute deal, very easy. The other that you should look at is the blow out clip adjustment. One of these two is very likely to solve your problem. Good luck.

Reason: fixed broken link
B4 you start adjusting.....check alignment of door seal/top weatherstrip. I had one folded over after having top off. Simple 10 second repair and all was well

I have an '02 convertible and I have excessive wind noise at top front corner of the driver side window. I located the exact site by attaching a small suction cup (the kind on the stick-on window shade you can stick on your window) and pulling on the suction cup gently. With a small amount of pressure the wind noise at 75 mph ceased. Now I need to adjust the tilt of the window glass in just a little. MY point in posting this is to let you know that a suction cup devise is the best way to isolate this type of wind noise while driving at speed.
The weather strips are not alligned properly. Remove your top and re-install it so the weather strips line up properly. I had the same problem and it was fixed quite easily.
