Powdercoating Calipers question?

Won't damage the caliper itself, but you might want to replace the pistons' seals and dust boot after the heat cycle. I have never tried this, and the seal and dust boot should take the heat, but again, it might be the safe thing to do.

No it doesn't. As you will remove the boots and inner seals before the baking process. I leave all of that intact while I strip the calipers, then pop the pistons out with compressed air.

they need to be rebuilt after the powder coating ,so then they are as good as new
