I can find them in catalogs and on the internet, but I want to go to a store and pick it up.
Your assistance is appreciated.
it's easy to make one with a 9 volt battery (and a connector/jack for it) and a cigarette lighter plug (from Radio Shack). Just connect the positive from the battery jack to the positive for the cigarette lighter plug, and the negative to the negative, wrap it up with tape and you're set...

Will that really work? or should i make sure my fire insurance is paid up
FWIW...I wasn't able to find one last year when I changed my battery, so I just made the swap as fast as possible and didn't lose any memory settings. I did have to put in the lock code for my radio because I have that enabled, but after the code was in I was good to go. Good luck.
