Default Valet parking, do you?

Went out with a lady friend tonight, it was her company's Christmas dinner.
It turned out to be valet parking, I would not allow the kid to drive my FRC, she thinks I love my car.
I'm curious to know, does anyone here allow their vette into the hands of some valet?

Save da wave

No chance , No how. Slip the kid a 5 and ask for a good spot.
I used to work valet in college. I learned to drive stick shift at that job. Need I say more!??????????

Yes, but only if they are parking it where I can see it. If they have to drive somewhere to park it it's a big fat negative. Plus I always check the miles first. Don't want any Ferris Bueller shiite going on.

With 550bhp and big $$$ invested in your baby, you are giving it to ???? to drive?

Plus the thought of someone else driving my car... well, let's just say that I break out in hives.

No, No, No, a thousand times NO.

went to my x-mas party last night, it was a great night to drive in va beach... but i knew that i would HALF to valet my baby...no chance on that so i took the other car, good thing too all the valet kids looked like complete scrubs, on the other hand went out to lunch a few weeks ago and let the valet park it, real cool guy, he left it where i pulled up to till a front row spot was open right next to the entrance and backed it in. came out and there was a beautiful maserati sitting next to it...awsome car by the way.

No, I park the car myself. I agree - slip the kid some cash and ask for a nice spot.

NOT A CHANCE! I give the guy some money and park it close myself. They usually don't mind seeing they are getting paid to do nothing

Default Just a taste

How's a kid going to find out what he want's in life,if he doesn't get a taste of it once in a while.Thats how new vette owners are made.Pay it forward and it might come back to you one day.

If my wife doesn't get a key, neither does the pimply faced kid with the lead foot.

Edit: In college I worked as vallet for special events on weekends. I was the oldest one working there, so I was trusted with the expensive cars. Those 911s had a funky pedal function, but sure were fun.
