When I changed mine, I removed a plastic panel underneath the car and in front of the wheel, it is attached with 4 bolts. Once removed, you can easily reach in with your hand and change the bulb.
Funny you ask. Hope you have slender arms.
Remove headlight bezel.
Open hood.
Remove hood adjustment bumper.
Stick arm under headlight by hood.
Turn bulb socket out of lens
Remove bulb from socket (difficult) as you have to hold it up near the gap between the headlight door and the facia
replace bulb till it clicks in place replace opposite way of removal by sliding it in the large gap than holding with two fingers in the small gap
Plug it back in the lens and make sure it's tight.
Friend of mine suggested a small packet of that silicate gell prior to replacing the bulb in the lens but put it in so the packet doesn't come in contact with the bulb. Supposed to work to keep the moisture from forming. You know that heat/cold condensation thing.
I just replaced both of mine. Real fun.
You can also take it to the dealer.
While you're in there (which ever method you choose) you may want to feel around the top of the housing. The bulb likes to melt holes in the top of the housing, which will let water in and may have you changing bulbs more frequenbtly than you want to.

Mike,
Where is the plastic panel. Mine appears sealed all over the place that's why I went through the top.
Appreciate it.

The indicators and DRLs use the same bulb. The method I use is:
Turn on the headlights and back off one position to kill the lights.
Unscrew the 3 small screws on the black plastic housing around the headlight. Gently pull the housing clear. Reach down around the headlight unit and release the bulb holder. It unscrews counter clockwise but it has a plastic clip which you need to squeeze to release it. Change the bulb. Reseat the bulb holder and turn until it clicks back in place. Put the plastic housing back in place making sure to locate the small plastic lug in the bracket on the headlamp cover. Replace the 3 screws and close the lights.
10 minute job.
i replaced the DRL today on the drives side (by removing the headlight housing cover...btw it was very easy!). Then i tested the light, and noticed that it was a little brighter than the other side, so i decided to change that one also, since a pack of bulbs came with 2 anyway. After i changed out that one, neither DRL would come on! i was like wtf... so i started the car up and drove back one foot and the forward one foot...they both came on, w00t w00t... why did this happen... i thought it was strange...
anyways, im just glad they are both workin now
