I had a left rear TPS go dead, so I ordered and installed a new one. Went to retrain TPS and the left front and right front were fine. Can't get the right rear to retrain now and it worked before. Any thoughts short of replacing the right rear TPS?

Your magnet must be strong enough or the others wouldn't work. Could be that the one sensor has gone bad also. I'd try to retrain all four again and if that doesn't work, it may be time to replace the right rear sensor.
I put a different set of wheels and tires on for a autox event and now I can't get the back right one to beep either I know the darn things were working when I removed them.
I've tried it 2 or 3 times with all the possible combinations I could think of for magnet position. It's more aggravating than anything. I just don't like having to hit the reset button the clear the "Service Tire Monitering System" message each time I drive the car.
Try driving the car 20 - 30 miles to heat up the tires and try again.
I have three sets of wheels and tires and change them frequently, when it is cold outside one or two of my sensors will not relearn until I warm them up.
Sometimes you have to hold the magnet for 30 seconds or more for the horn to beep - patience is a virtue.

Warm 'em up, especially if they have been sitting for a while.
