Well, this sucks...
Today I came down from NC to spend a few days with my parents in Fla.
For the first time in a long time, I flew instead of driving. It was pretty cold in NC and since I had only a couple of days, I thought flying would allow me more time.
OF COURSE I didn't drive the vert and the weather was almost 80 today. Can you believe it? It was absolutely perfect out today, absolutely the best weather to put the top down and drive. I saw so many vettes out today, I wanted to cry.
My dad offered his 35th anniv. edition to drive but it's not quite the same.
I'm jealous of all you Fla. people.

PS. On the bright side, today was my birthday and my sweetie got me a two tone Stormshield car cover from West Coast Corvettes. What a gal.

Happy Birthday, sorry you didn't bring the vette, we would have enjoyed to have another stu's cruise.....BTW I rode with my roof off all day today, i just drove from the beach to Orlando with the roof off and only a sweatshirt.

Happy birthday - you got a nice present. Sometimes you just take your chances on the weather. It turned out nice, but if you had drove it probably would have been snowing.
