chrome alternator
Hi, has anyone bought a chrome alternator from corvette central? I ordered minein August at the Carlisle show and it's been over 4 months and they keep moving up the due date. It's a good price at $600.00 but I am wondering how the quality is; anyone have one from C.C. for a year or more? Thanks for your help. Doug

I got one from
DTSNGIT@bellsouth.net (Mike) he is great to work with, and the quality is just super.
I suggest you cancel with Corvette central and drop Mike a note

Thats what I did. Cost me $60.00 and I painted the plastic cover Electron Blue to match while I was waiting for the chrome shop.

Mike (DTSNGIT) is a good guy to deal with. I recently picked up one of his chrome alternators and it's a quality job, plus he had good customer service and response.

Mike,
What else do you do besides chrome alternators. Tried to e-mail you but apparently failed. Looking for D/S type things.
