Speaking of horsepower gains ... and I'm serious here ... have you noticed how much better your car (any car, not just your Vette) seems to drive right after you've washed it and it's nice and clean?
I've noticed that on EVERY car I've ever driven.... I think it's because the car is happy to be clean and therefore she performs better!!!
I recently drilled holes in my fog lamp covers and was curious about the diff. in inlet air temp. I checked the temp after I drilled the holes and then I blocked the holes and rechecked the temp using a Predator scanner. There was a 20 degree difference in the IAT. It was a 73 degree day and temp with the holes open was 75. Closed the lowest it would drop was 95. Well worth the effort. Jimmy
What did you use to drill these out? Did you leave them on the car? did you jusy randomly drill or did you design a pattern? I'm afraid of hitting something behind them...

I believe Patches (we are not worthy *bow* *bow*) - anyway, I believe Patches had a template to drill your own screens.
If it's not Patches, it's another of our CF gurus.
