Anyone have advice on using 18 wheels all around. Any interference problems, over/understeer, etc?

I have 18's on all four corners and there is no problem as long as you stay wiithin the stock overall diameter. Are you planning on doing this with stock wheels or aftermarket?

I traded my 17's for a set of stock 18X9.5 and put them on the front with a Michelin 265. Of course i ditched the runflats in the rear also and went with a 295. Now i have graduated to 275's and 335's!

Bottom line: No issues.

I've got the stock painted wheels that I really don't like and want to replace. One option is to use 18" all around or go to 18 front 19 rear but I 'm not sure what 19" street tires are available.

There are a few choices of 19" tires. I would look at forum signatures to see what others are running in the way of 19's. Good luck!

You're fine with ANY combination as long as your rear is TALLER usually about a half inch, than the front.

I'm going with 18x9.5 and 18x10.5 wheels with 265/35 and 295/35 tires. same outer diameter and the same increase in width, so it shouldn't change the handling at all.

You should have no problems with rubbing and your handling should be OK.

18/19 combo.. then go with 18x9.5" 265/35/18 and 19x10.5" 295/35/19. Bob from House of Wheels can set you up with Z06 motorsports rims. The go to Tirerack.com for some rubber.

I have 18 x 9.5/ 10.5 with 265/35/18 and 295/35/18.

The one question I have about 18" wheels on the front is how much difference is the quality of the ride going from 17" (45 sidewall) to 18" (35 sidewall) ?
Thanks

18x10.5 f with 275/35 and 18x11 r with 335 /30 for street

18x11 f with 25.5 x 11.5 x 18 and 18x 12 r with 25.5 x 11.5 x18 r for track

No problems what so ever.

Turning lock to lock at the extreem will rub the DRM brake ducts, but who turns that sharp? car feels sluggish at low speeds but great AT speed.

12" rims needed 3/8 spacer so I had to put on longer lug bolts.

the ride is not bad at all. I noticed almost an improvment

ive got 265/35/18 in the front, and 295/35/18 in the back and they are great

they look really good. Since the rear sits higher on the vettes, and with the same size rim in the back, it almost "appears" smaller because of the more space over the tire to the body of the car. After i lowered mine so it is even in front and back it looks much better imho

good luck to ya
