This sucks. I got the wheels all polished, the plugs changed, new wires etc and detailed and polished the whole car. This morning when I woke up it was -40 Cel which is the same as -40 F which is fricking cold. !!!!!
We have a ton of snow and with the windchill it is -56 C. No wonder there are hardly any Vettes around here....let alone Verts...LOL
I can't wait for spring. 3 more months to go before the roof comes off. It's going to be a long winter.
........no rain from April to November, $70 utility bills during Winter months, fresh produce every day, mountains, deserts, beaches, beach babes, driving with top off year round, no salt in roads, low State College tuition...............................
Mid 20s with a half-inch of ice from freezing rain on EVERYTHING here in Portland Oregon. It WILL melt tomorrow!
Don't let the nice temps and sunshine in the Socialist Union of Calif seduce you...The Subjects of Calif suffer draconion smog rules making engine MODS really difficult, I could go on with more, but it would become political, not appropriate for the Corvette Forum.
well.....its......a.........little....ah hhh..........breezy here
Hi Kona,
Just trying to figure out how a Vette performs on the islands.
Just about the time you get into it isn't there a chance of going off into the ocean on the other side?
Only kidding. Wish I was there as here in Ohio it's 23 degrees right now and the nasty white stuff is falling. No permagrin today.
Aloha from Ohio.

no rain from April to November? nice, Christmas with a t-shirt, (just not right), English as a second language, $300.00 utility bills during summer months, deserts, sun faded paint, blistering heat............yadda yadda
What we don't have beaches, mountains, beach babes, low State College Tuition?, plus, plus, plus
BTW, I was talking about California as a whole and New England as a whole. I am sure it is nice just like New England, but you can't be smug without telling the truth.

I have to chuckle because I lived in New England for 24 years before I had enough and moved to San Diego. There really is no comparison - the weather here cannot be described with words or pictures. Today, it was 75 degrees with a balmy, Summer-like breeze - the smell of flowers permeating the air. You really have to live here to know what I'm talking about. Unfortunately, housing prices are very high, but for someone who moved here 20 years ago, that's not really a concern, especially when property taxes stay very low, as is the case here. I do enjoy visiting family and friends in New England periodically, but I really am spoiled by this weather and could not go back to live there anytime soon.
