I'll try that. Never used it before, never needed to for that matter, makes good sense.
Just be careful with the Blade. Its a nice tool, but some folks have actually scratched the paint. Now I don't have one, so I'm talking second handed here, but sounds like if you're not real careful, you can pick up some debris which ends up scratching. I would think it you wipe the blade each time after making a pass, you'll be fine.
I tried Zaino was on my 02 Avalanche. Did all the steps including the clay. I loved the results! I got hooked! I found myself Zainoing it all the time. Truck looks great, and nothing sticks to it. When I bought the Vette, I couldn't wait to get it home to wash and Zaino! It rained for about a week straight . When the weather finally broke, I Zainoed to no end. I love the stuff. A lot of steps the first time, if you Dawn, and clay, and so on. Now I can wash and Zaino in about 1-1/2 hours.

Unless its a real sponge, 101% cotton applicator or towel, or silk made from the nose hairs of 10,000 arctic wolves, nothing touches the paint!
Take advantage of the Zaino experience and simply blow away the water droplets with a leaf blower (avoid doing this in sand or gravel driveways). Works great at getting residual water out of the nooks and crannies.
I put three coats of Zaino on my car for the first time last weekend and today when I tried to wash it, I couldn't get the water to stay on the car. How do you keep it wet long enough to wash it?
I throw a little dirt on StuzVette just to hold the water on until I can soap it up

Maybe you need more water. Try this:
For those days your water won't cooperate with your Zaino ...
haha nice pic man! I'm in the process of doing Zaino for the first time... 5 coats on so far, this stuff is unbelievable. I threw my towel on the hood after doing a coat of Z-6 to pick something up. When I looked back up it was gone!?! Damn thing just slid off onto the floor... damn Zaino, had to wash my towel again!!!
Here's another method to keep it wet, at least for a sportbike... Let a buddy of yours take it out for a spin and jump it off a bridge into a stream... Seems to work as I recall...

can't you tell when someone is joking around. I was only having some fun i wasn't being mean.
Try Maguires NXT. 14.99 a bottle. I love this new stuff (synthetic) and its available at most automotive stores. I'm ready for the flames from Zaino guys. Made my Black paint a touch darker and it looks like you could swim in the paint. Its been 6 weeks and it still beads like crazy when I wash it. I told my wife she could put her make up on in the reflection of the paint. This stuff is non abraisive so make sure your paint is cleaned or use a cleaner wax with abraisives before hand.
