But it also makes drying easy... Take it up to 80 or so and all the water just slides off.

Problem with Zaino
I put three coats of Zaino on my car for the first time last weekend and today when I tried to wash it, I couldn't get the water to stay on the car. How do you keep it wet long enough to wash it?

Wash it outside on a day like today (18 degrees here) then when it freezes, the water, now ice, stays right there.
