Yes, more than likely the cam sproket bolts are backing out. Better get it some attention asap.

I got that soon after getting boost. It seems to be a common downfall to boost on a stock motor. Have you recently installed yours?

Here's an old post from when I went thru this too. Thanks to Phil and the forum I fixed it in time!

not starting right and a P0343 code, what's up?

Had the same thing, all 3 cam bolts were loose.
