Default 78mm to 90mm throttle swap

I’m considering do the 78mm to 90mm throttle swap. I don’t know how hard/easy it’s going to be process.

Did someone know any step by step guide to get this done including parts needed?

By the way, I’m talking about a drive by wire corvette.

You need a manifold and harness.

Whay do you think you need a 92 T-Body ??
The only reason I would reccomend one is if:
1 Your engine is larger cubic iinches than stock
2 You typically run your engine above 6000 RPM's most of the time
Otherwise the stock T-Body is good for 600 Crank HP and there would be NO benefit to going larger
I do prefer to getting a stock T-body profesionally ported which will make it more responsive and add maybe 5 RWHP without tuning
The 92 will create drive ability issues at P/T and the HP gains without a re-tune will be very little or maybe even LESS--
It is defenately an overkill for most cars

You should be able to swap an LS2 intake and throttle body onto an LS1/6 very easily. You will need to change one value in the calibration to compensate for the increased throttle area, but if you do that right, everything else falls right in line for throttle and idle control.

In my LS1 C5, I added the LS2 throttle body and the FAST 90mm intake. It was a big deal at the time. I didn't have any idle issues and at WOT I added additional fuel.
I have an old write up on here from around 2004ish. Some pictures at the end > https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...hrs-today.html

I see guys use aftermarket throttle body or and LS3 units and they have issues. The LS2 unit worked well for me.
