OK P codes are related to your engine The C codes are not and often disappear with a code reader and will not affect engine performance or prevent passing smog
Now a P0410 code is for the "secondary air ' system or the electric air pump that pumps in cold air into your exhaust as a smog device
The AIR codes can be troublesome---Often they are from a carbon'd up AIR check valve on either side of your exhaust manifolds
The 1st fix would be to replace the AIR check valves---
2nd would be to make sure your AIR elec pumps does not have ablown fuse or is broken
Finally you can spend $100's on trying to get rid of these AIR codes and still they will come back
Your best final solution if all else fails would be to get a MAIL ORDER tuner to simply permanently DELETE all the AIR codes and turn the AIR pump OFF It wil still pass smog as the AIR pump is a visual smog thing and they will not know that it is turned off or deleted---Most tuners here on the forum only charge like $150 for such tuning and it is sometimes way cheaper to do this than to replace parts ramdomly
With a P0410 it means that the PCM didn't see the correct voltages for both of the 02 sensor during its test...you most likely have an electrical issue with the AIR system...a pump, the relay or solenoid !!....you would get a P0415/0416 if it were a check valve.
P0410 is a code for the secondary air pump circuit It has nothing to do with your front or rear 02 sensors
As Im mentioned --On a car over 15 years old often this secondary air system will create codes even though there may be no fault at all It is just the system with age will not report correctly
You can spend $1000's to try and fix these codes with no results---best bet is to get a mail order tune here on the forum for $150 and have then permanently delete ALL the secondary air codes and turn the AIR pump OFF ---- Done forever and it will still pass smog if needed

FYI, like I said again the PCM sees the pre cat O2 sensors go LEAN when the AIR solenoid energized and allows the air from the air pump to flow into the exhaust manifold !!...if one of the sensors stay RICH (above 450 Mv) it knows one of the check valves are defective (P0415/0416) ...it sets a P0410 if it sees BOTH stay RICH...THAT IS THE CODE SETTING CRITERIA FOR A P0410 ... if not please explain so I can see the light !!
