There seems to be a common problem that people have with the passengers window. It seems not to be used as much as the drivers and sometimes refuses to open. Try having someone shut the door a bit hard while you have the button pressed in the lower position. If that does not work, remove the door panel and use a small rubber mallet and "TAP" on the motor housing while operating the switch.
If those methods do not work, while the door is apart, you will need to do some troubleshooting. Could be a bad connection. The accordian tube between the body and door has some connectors in it. They sometimes cause issue. Examine the connectors and look for loose, burnt, corroded contacts.
It could also be a bad door conterl module or a bad motor..

Before I would spend tons of money on a new door control module, I would recommend checking each and every connecrion and make sure that they are all secure and free of damage. Especialy the area between the door and the body where the connectors are. (accordian tube)
Last Night I Found That Under The Passingers Side Floor Matt Is A Compartment That Has A Fuse Box And A Silver Box With Wires Comeing Out, I Took Out The Silver Box And Checked Conections And Now My Window Works And Door Lock And Mirror. What Is That Silver Box?
The silver box is your Body Control Module (BCM) It and the Power Control module are the two most important modules in the car. The BCM controls many things and interfaces with almost all other modules.
That module is very suseptable to moisture. The passengers foot well is a very common place for leaks and moisture. If you have any other weird electrical issues, that would be the very first place that I would examine. You can spray the terminals down with WD-40 to diaplace any moisture.
My left door would lock but not unlock all the time.
I had a few LDCM and BCM codes, I figured these were from the door lock, but after playing with the thing a bit I realized it is intermittant.
So I took off that floorboard cover and found nothing unusual, but now I cant for the life of me get the fuse cover back on!
