C5 headlight flutter

C5 headlight flutter

Just purchased 98 coupe and noticed on the drive back the drivers headlight flutters. i can see it is loose on the link from the drive motor to the housing, my question is there a bushing or is the link worn and need replaced?

My '02 Z06 does the same thing. I couldn't see any way to fix it short of taking it apart and replacing or machining a new "link" bar.

Mine did this and upon inspection I found that the up/down adjuster had popped off. Mine was pointed way up while it was like this though.

My 2000 does the same thing...driver's side. I'm going to take it apart this weekend...will let you know what happens
