possibly might try that however it would be a while being as i have worn out runflats on now and getting new wheels shortly
i guess the results would be the same regardless of the wheels on as long as the baseline and after results use the same wheels
testing the sound wouldnt be that hard as im very thorough on doing a comparo of things
my hir lights vs silverstar vs stock comparo was exactly the same variables and distance as well as camera angles and vice versa
anyone have a spare h pipe they willing to part with
although i guess two pieces of pipe made the same length would work the same

We called it a cross over pipe in the 60s. The stock h pipe should be enough to equalize pressure in the system. I have never seen hp gains on the dyno for the $250 x pipe.
Yes, as noted. It is pretty common experience to find a loss of 10 to 15 hp on a 350-400 hp engine. I have just come from another site where a member referenced going from an X-pipe to independent side exhaust and confirmed this.
And, I think asking "why" is legitimate, not sarcastic.
the main reason i was thinking about it was to see if the sound would change for better or worse
didnt know if the h pipe did like the x pipe and toned down the exhaust note a little
thats why i was wondering about the (true duals)
