I've owned several hypo cars over the years. From Japanese ricers to Good ol American V-8 s. I've been a strong believer in NGK for years. This is a Japanese Company and they make the best plug for the money in my opinion. In fact most people on this forum will probably mention the NGK TR55 ix iridium plugs as a favorite. I would recommend the wires too myself. However most members would probably say the Magnacore is the #1 choice for plug wires. Do a search and see what you find.
Since everyone has started distributing their "own" hipo plug wires, several magazines have done comparisons. Basically, as long as they are in good shape and correct for the application, it never made a performance difference in any test as to which "brand" of wires was used--despite the marketing and hype. This makes sense since there aren't that many different manufacturers of the basic wire itself, just lots of different colors and printing.
All the best. Oh, and avoid "Spritfire" plugs. Again, tests show it's all b.s.
If your wires are in good condition, just keep them. Measure the resistance end to end. If it reads between 250-750 ohms and the boots, wiring jackets and terminals are in good shape, save your money. You will NOT gain anything.
Just as an FYI for those considering the Bosch +4s, you can get them shipped to your door via the AMSOIL link to the left. AMSOIL also carries Bosch MicroEdge wiper blades.
