Default FLP Header Install..need some help.

Just bought some headers off a fellow former member LeMansBlue04 . In excellent shape, and a pleasant person to talk to. Anyways.... FLP doesnt have online install instructions. I've asked them few questions, but feel I may get to be a pain in their side. So far from FLP, I've gotten: just remove lower bolt on altenator to move it out of the way, remove FRCs, plug wires, air tube. Drivers side from underneath, passenger from top. One big question I have left. Do the stock manifold bolts work with the new manifolds since they seem to be slightly skinner than stock? Or anybody got any instructions for specifically the FLPs online or scannable? Any help appreciated.

I used the stock manifold bolts, although I did add 2 small washers so they didnt prematurely bottom out. Worked great. Install was a breeze.

Yeah I saw just that over on z06vette, that the stock bolts are too long. I was thinking about doing just what you did. Glad to know that works. Now I just got to decide whether to get new gaskets. Seeing how my vette is an 04 with only 8k, I'm thinking they might be ok to reuse... Thanks for the help.

The gaskets should be OK to reuse if they are relatively new.

Skip the O2 sims, you really need a tune, and the rear O2's can be turned off in a edit program. Just get some bung plugs.

Yeah, but for time being, is installing the o2 sensors and the straight pipes going to throw a code?

Got em all in. Was a pain for the first 5 hours by myself and taking short cuts is a no-no. Finally took parts out I should have, and got some friends home from work, and we knocked it out. Runs and sounds like a totally different beast. My wife's going to hate it. Only problem was an engine misfire on the first run, but went back and checked and the #8 wire had come off. It still doesnt really click hard in place, but its good now, and all test runs have been good. Checking on getting the tune next week.... Thanks all.
