Jet Hot Headers
I am thinking about putting headers on my Purple 98 Vette. Any comments on these?

I used Stainlessworks SS LT headers. I an extermely satisfied with them!! They fix very well and perform OUTSTANDING! I installe their entire system 3" all the way. WOW!!!

Hum, I have had B&B Triflow shorties for several years and when I took them off after 80K miles the ceramic was still perfect. Not shinny, as they do discolor to a nice grey petina due to heat. I now have a set of SS LG headers with jethot and about 40K on these and the coating is even better than my B&Bs were. And the Jet Hot coating really does control and keep down the under hood temps that headers are know to generate.
Why would it not last long? No moving parts? Just heat and exhaust gas.

Thanks, I am going back and forth on the header thing. My brother is a Vette Tech and he keeps telling me to leave it alone but I would like more SOTP performance. It is an auto and can barely spin the wheels from a stop without help from the brakes.
