Default changing headlight bulbs

What is the best way to do this? Have used the ***** to open both, can get the high beam bulbs out by turning them ccw, but the low beams dont seem to go either direction. Owners manual says ccw on both, but have been told low go cw. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I just got done doing this a couple of days ago. While installing my VARARAM, I figured it was a good time to install my silverstars! I jacked up the front, crawled under and removed the front facia close out panels just ahead of the front tires. There are 5 screws and the panels will come off. It smooth sailing from there. You can even pull the front of the air ducts back and push them aside for even moor room! With the head lights up, you will have good access to the bulbs. CCW is correct. Mine were very tight!

I installed Silverstars a couple of weeks ago. Found that it's a lot easier to get your hands in there if you unscrew the rubber hood stops. Should be CCW for the low beams as well if I remember right. Hope this helps
