GEEEEZZZZZZZZWIzzzzzzz! ......ok,ok, so, I just put the way cool jr. exhaust on my "99 C5" the only issue that i can expect was the dreaded 0-2 sensor deal, so, BEFORE I did anything I checked on what to expect. the HI-FLO cats that I installed are one of the most widedly acclaimed, the BASSINI, hi flo deals.......they won an award at the Las Vegas SEMA show so I suspect they are........vet-good.... anyway, I think its a little ruff.....really,.. and the ,.........code that I managed to ,...blow was .........p0300 or pt300 or something like this so, I guess that im gonna uninstall the .program...(hyper tech3) and take it to the..............dealer,.......YEP THATS RIGHT .the dealer at least my local (ISSAQUAH WA.) guys seem to be eager to hot-rod.....anyone got any other Ideas?????
What exactly did you install? A Bassani cat back and different cats? Personally, I would remove the Hypertech programming and see what happens. The tuner I work with told me most people lose power with the Hypertech.
Thank you, I will take it under advisement. However I just found out what the code " pt300" or........something like that was...........(Im so embaresed) It seems that I goofed up the plug wire order,,,,,woops,! I will find out about my programer soon . although,.we have a real good tuner hear and he says "the brand is simply a matter of choice and the hyper-tech is as good as anything out there without doing a real dyno-tune" Anyway, by tomorrow all will be revealed, thanks and wish me luck.Oh ya to answer your question Ill be running the Bassini, lng.tube and hiflow cat into the Bassini x- pipe. and ending with the b&b, "bullits" no need to mess with the stock 0-2 sensor with this system his cats actuly work!!
